Please read these terms and conditions carefully regarding the Black Friday Flash Sale offer (“The Offer”). Participation in The Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Offer Details
- Discount: The Offer provides a substantial 30% discount off the standard price of specific order upgrades and related installation services.
- Eligible Items: The 30% discount applies only to the following items/services when added to a new standard order:
- Foundation Pack
- Internal Panel Pack
- Electrical Pack
- Installation of the primary building structure
- Installation of any of the eligible upgrades listed above.

Eligibility & Duration
- Sale Period: The Offer begins on Thursday, November 14th and concludes at 11:59 PM (local time) on Cyber Monday, December 1st.
- Eligibility Requirement: To qualify for The Offer, the customer must place a firm order and ensure the required deposit is paid and cleared within the Sale Period (before 11:59 PM on December 1st). Orders placed or deposits paid after this time will not be eligible.
- New Orders Only: This discount applies only to new orders placed within the Sale Period and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing orders.

General Conditions
- Stock and Capacity: All upgrades and installation services are subject to availability of stock and installer capacity. The Offer is valid only while stocks last and while installation slots remain available. We reserve the right to withdraw the Offer early if stock or capacity is exhausted.
- Non-Transferable: The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Exclusions: The 30% discount applies only to the specific Eligible Items listed in Section 1. It does not apply to the base price of the primary building, any other products, or separate delivery fees.
- Amendments: We reserve the right to amend or withdraw these terms and The Offer at any time without prior notice.
- Errors & Omissions: Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE).
