A unique foundation for
uncompromising quality
A building is only as reliable as what lies beneath it. The Pent Haus Foundation System offers a practical, modern alternative to traditional methods, designed to solve the common challenges of site preparation and structural settling. By focusing on precision engineering and high-quality materials, we provide a stable, efficient base that simplifies the building process and ensures your project starts on the right footing.
We developed the Pent Haus Foundation System because we knew there was a more efficient way to build. Our unique approach moves away from “one-size-fits-all” solutions, offering a system that is faster to install and more resilient than standard foundations. It’s a straightforward, well-engineered foundation designed for those who value long-term stability and sensible construction practices.
How it works
Precision Engineering
Components are manufactured to exact specifications, ensuring that every element of the foundation fits perfectly upon arrival.
Seamless Integration
The system is laid out and secured using our unique interlocking method, creating a unified, rigid base that is ready for the main structure almost immediately.
Manual Assembly
Using standard tools, the system is assembled on-site. No need to wait for a pump truck to have access.
Minimal Mess
There is limited digging, no skips for soil removal, and no heavy machinery churning up your lawn
Advanced Moisture Protection
Our system uses heavy-duty composite posts and a stainless steel frame to lift your studio off the ground. This creates a natural “breathable space” beneath the structure, completely eliminating the risk of rising damp and condensation.
Planning-Friendly Design
We’ve engineered our system to be ultra-low profile. Even with the elevated frame, your building stays under the 2.5m height limit required for Permitted Development. Unlike ground screws or bulky plinths that can push you over the limit, Pent Haus keeps you compliant and avoids the hassle of planning applications.
Instant Stability
As soon as the system is secured, and the postcrete is dry (usually around 1 hour), it is ready to start taking weight. There is no long “setting period”, meaning the floor can start going up the same day
Ready For The Future
The result is a level, secure, and durable base that is ready for any Pent Haus structure.
Watch how simple it is…
Rapid Installation & Zero Cure Time
Time is your most valuable asset. While traditional concrete slabs can take days or even weeks to fully cure, the Pent Haus system is ready for construction almost immediately. Finish your project weeks ahead of schedule.
Cost-Effective Engineering
We’ve stripped away the overheads. By reducing on-site labour hours and eliminating the need for expensive materials or heavy machinery, we provide a premium foundation that respects your budget.
No Specialist Equipment Required
Forget the logistical headache of concrete pump trucks, mixers, or specialist drilling machinery. Our system is designed for manual assembly with standard tools, keeping your site clean, quiet, and accessible immediately. Finish your project -weeks ahead of schedule.
Versatile for Any Terrain
Don’t let a sloped or uneven garden dictate your build. Our system is naturally adaptable to a wide variety of ground types and inclines, requiring significantly less excavation and site leveling than traditional methods.
Low-Profile & Planning-Friendly
Maximum space, minimum hassle. Our ultra-low-profile design ensures your studio stays under the 2.5m height limit, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of an elevated, breathable foundation without the need for a planning application.
Already got an existing concrete slab?
If you already have an existing concrete slab foundation or existing hard-standing base then our garden rooms can still be compatible. We can provide a Base Levelling Kit instead to ensure your garden room stays level on your existing base.
