Your garden room kit includes the structure, external ToughWood cladding, EPDM roof & guttering pack, house-quality double-glazed windows & doors with your chosen internal finishing. The kit will include all necessary screws, foam and adhesives.

We offer a 10-year structural warranty, which covers all structural panels, but doesn’t include roofing or electrics. The warranty also does not cover water ingress, which would be due to a fault in installation. For more details see our Terms and Conditions
For our SignatureSIPsâ„¢ kit deliveries, our friendly driver will help you to offload, but we require 2 people to receive the delivery
Our garden rooms can be built on our simple Foundation Kit which can be added as an additional upgrade (More information on request) or on a DIY concrete base (not supplied)

We ask for a 25% deposit to be paid at the point of order and the final 75% balance to be paid prior to your garden room being dispatched.

Yes you can install electrics into your Pent Haus. We supply an electrical pack as an upgrade with all kits that will enable you to do this. Our patented SignatureSIPsâ„¢ Kit panels have unique preformed channels and pre-cut sockets in each panel enable you to run the cables discretely.
If ordering your own wiring it is very important to order wiring which is compatible with eps insulation.
Electrics should be installed by a competent person and any connection to the mains by a fully qualified electrician. Your electrician will be able to issue you with a Part P certificate to confirm that the install is safe to use.
This is not something we include in our garden room kits and will have to be something you arrange separately and with utilities suppliers.
Yes you can collect your garden room. We can discuss with you the type of transport you will need in order to arrange collection.
Our garden rooms have a life expectancy of 40 – 50 years
Yes! This is a key advantage of our Pent Haus kits. All our panels are 600mm wide. The largest panel we have is 5m long. Our French doors are 1.8m by 2m.
Our team is highly experienced, having carried out many site surveys over the years. For your convenience, we can now gather all the relevant information and create a comprehensive plan simply from photos and videos of your space. If needed, we can also coordinate a site visit through our network of trusted distributors.

Features our heavy duty composite posts which can be concreted into the ground, with a stainless steel frame bolted on which lifts the studio off the ground, leaving a breathable space, removing the risk of rising damp and condensation. Depending on the size of your garden room there will be 9-30 posts.
